Giftonclick.com is an intermediary company between the supplier/shop and the customer. The products are, therefore, covered by each Shop’s warranty, service, and support policy(if present). Giftonclick.com assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty,service or Exchange of the shop, and the customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the provider of the products.
All items sold through Giftonclick.com are sold in an "as-is"condition i.e, as per shop packing etc. The quality and performance of the product is dependent on the shop. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the customer or gift recipient shall request a repair or replacement for the defected product by the shop.
Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours from the time you receive your gift. Failure to report an item within this period will result in you not being able to claim the item as a manufacturing defect.
In the only event where the delivered product is received broken by the customer or its recipient, Giftonclick.com shall provide the customer with a replacement provided that Giftonclick.com is notified within 2 hours from the delivery time.
