Customer pays one way delivery charges for all products.

Physical Damage Policy 
Once delivered, the Physical damage to any product purchased at Giftonclick.com will effectively void warranty/exchange coverage. Improper Handling of products ,and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage will be considered as physical damage and therefore void the warranty. As a result, Giftonclick.com  will not accept the replacement of any physically damaged Products and will return it back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

Processing Time 

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1 to 4 hours hour maximum of it being placed, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although Giftonclick.com does guarantee same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. 
Orders are not processed/delivered on Sundays and official holidays.

In the event, the purchased product appears to be unavailable in the store, Giftonclick.com will contact you by phone or email to provide you with a similar alternative product. You will have the full right to accept the replacement or refuse it. In the case you paid online, a full refund will be made to your account.
